I Dream in Colors

Hi, I'm Nico :)

01/19/07 I’ve been tagged

Ok, ok, i know, i haven’t posted here at all in the whole time i’ve been in Canada. What can i say, i’m not really a blogger. There are people who know how to put words in such an order that reading them brings great pleasure to you. Unfortunately I’m not one of those people. Images, may be; words, definetly not.

But that will change. Well, the part of me posting content here at least (i’m hoping to change the writing part someday but it’s not happening in the near future). I’m planning a renovation of this site. Not just the looks; the content will be different, something closer to what DayPhoto was just not daily and with at least a bit of text. And videos too. I have a new camera now and it does video wich is something i always wanted to explore. Now i have the chance to do it properly.

In the meantime, let’s play a little game. Bob tagged me for this Blog-Tag game (wohoo, i’ve been tagged!) in wich you set your music library to play in random order and you get the soundtrack to your life.

How to Play:

1. Open your library (iTunes, Winamp, Media Player, iPod, etc)
2. Put it on shuffle
3. Press play
4. For every question below, type the song that’s playing
5. When you go to a new question, press the nextbutton
6. Don’t lie and try to pretend you’re cool …

Here are mine:

Opening Credits:
The Boxer (live) – Paul Simon

First Day At School:
Eso Vive – Catupecu Machu

Falling In Love:
Positively Charged – The Apparitions (nice one…)

Breaking Up:
Rabbi From Texas, A Waltz for Harmonica – Uncle Seth

Prom:
Kix – Per Gessle

Mental Breakdown:
Where The Colors Don’t Go – Sam Phillips (that’d be a weird breakdown)

Flashbacks:
Auf Achse – Franz Ferdinand

Getting Back Together:
Rid Of Me – PJ Harvey (”you’re not rid of me…”, ha!)

Wedding Scene:
Nothing I Haven’t Seen – Beck

Final Battle:
Skylight – Uncle Seth

Death Scene:
La Pachanga – Vilma Palma e Vampiros (yup, i’d want to die if i was in a movie and this song came up…)

Funeral Song:
Boys Don’t Cry – Grant-Lee Phillips (cover)

End Credits:
Any Day Now – The Connels

Finale:
Somewhere Over The Rainbow – Israel Kamakawiwo’ole

So with this i leave until the next iteration of this blog. Keep your eyes peeled, it will be sometime sooner rather than later.

I hope.
